027 - Listening to your body

Whether we’re trying to improve our health, connect more deeply with our intuition, or even improve our relationships, learning to listen to the body plays a critical role.

That’s because our body is our experiential vehicle in our human existence. It’s the human part of us that grounds us. Often, we treat it so badly that the messages it gives us are all about survival, but when we give it what it needs, the messages can go beyond that. It allows for our highest self, or our intuition, to speak to us and guide us on our paths.

Today we talk to Kole Hansen Whitty, a Bio-Integration Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Keynote Speaker. She works with adventurous entrepreneurs who thrive in fast paced environments and struggle to understand the messages their body is sending. Kole says every “Body” has a unique language that holds the key to their Freedom and her job is to help you identify what your body is trying to tell you.
