So what do we do? Are we just collecting damage, hoping that we make it through life without crumbling? Sadly, some people are.
But the good news is we have more power than we think we do.
So today, we’re going to learn how to identify and release trapped emotions using a series of specific techniques.
Our guest is Dr. Bradley Nelson. He is one of the world’s foremost experts on natural methods of achieving wellness. He is the creator of The Emotion Code and The Body Code system and is the CEO of Discover Healing, a holistic education platform that provides training and certifies practitioners worldwide. His best-selling book “The Emotion Code” provides step-by-step instructions for working with the body’s energy healing power.
