216: Seeing Your Body as Good with Jennifer Taylor Wagner

By February 8, 2022February 3rd, 2023No Comments

If you’re anything like me, you’ve spent way too much of your precious life hating your body.

I never loved how I looked, so while I knew I was worthy on the inside, I believed that if only I could force my body to submit to my will, or to the external examples I was seeing in things like Glamour magazine, then I could make the outside match the inside.

What would your life be like if you loved your body?

I mean if you really loved your body unconditionally, no matter the size, or how many rolls you have when you sit a certain way, or how much cellulite you have right below your ass cheeks.

What if you had that kind of relationship with your body.

The kind where you have such a bond that there’s no way an extra 10 lbs is going to make you see yourself any differently than the goddess you truly are.

But the question is, how do we get there? Especially when most of us have so much work to do.

That’s what we’re talking about today.

Our guest is Jennifer Taylor Wagner, certified fitness instructor and successful blogger. She is passionate about challenging the way we think about health and wellness, and regularly writes on the topics of healthy living and body positivity.

We Will Learn

  • How our childhoods affect our body images.
  • How to set healthier goals for our bodies.
  • How to find freedom with food and taking up space.
