141 • Breaking Through Fear, Anxiety and Mental Blocks

By August 4, 2020February 3rd, 2023No Comments

When it comes to our goals and our dreams, most of the time, we know what we really need to do, we just don’t do it. Either we talk ourselves out of it, or we procrastinate, or we chicken out.

And then we spiral.

Every time we manage to avoid doing those things that will move us closer to our dreams, we build a self belief against our on success. It’s these beliefs that subconsciously drive our lives.

So how do we release these blocks? Wouldn’t it be great if we could just choose to let go of all this baggage we’ve picked up over the years?

That’s what we’re talking about today.

Our guest is Mia Hewett, a human potential expert. She has co-owned and operated a seven-figure business, she’s an international speaker, and a world-class business coach.

She’s also the founder of Aligned IntelligenceTM or A.I.M., A methodology that removes all blind spots, fear, anxiety, and self-doubt to have you feel empowered, make better decisions.

We will learn:

  • How to identify your mental blind spots
  • How our ego creates our own glass ceiling
  • How to stop using force and start using real power
