Did you know that we make an average of 35000 choices per day. Look back at yesterday. How many of those choices were you actually aware of as you were making them?
That might be a little difficult to quantify in hindsight but let me ask you this: how many of those choices are moving you toward the life you dream of living? How many of those choices are adding to your peace? To your fulfillment? To your higher purpose?
In the year 2000 researchers found out that 90% of our choices are unconscious. 90%!
So does that mean that we have little to no control over 90% of our lives?
Not at all. Because the thing about those subconscious decisions is, we have more control over them than we think we do.
So today we’re going to talk about five deliberate choices to help you realize fulfillment and joy in your life.
