If money were no issue and you could be anything, what would it be? For me, the answer is easy. If I could be anything, I’d be enlightened.
Some stories of awakening and enlightenment sound like a combination of magic and a psychotic break that miraculously leaves someone better than before.
But usually, awakening happens a little at a time.
That’s been my experience. I’ll be introduced to a new way to approach something specific, like my thoughts or anger or past trauma or healing, so I’ll shift the way I think. Sometimes a new way of looking at something will just click, and I think about it differently the next time, and other times I have to put in a whole lot of effort to build a new habit of thought.
And over time, I notice that all these little shifts have added up to a whole new way of approaching life.
The question is, with all the courses, methods, and books about enlightenment, what can actually help get you there?
That’s what we’re talking about today.
Our guest is Jonathan Robinson. He is a psychotherapist, a best-selling author of ten books, and a professional speaker from Northern California. He has spent more than thirty years studying the most practical and powerful methods for personal and professional development.
His book “The Enlightenment Project” is all about proven and effective spiritual methods that bring inner peace to most people.
